DISCOVERING POLAND

Arrival at Lisbon airport and, after collecting your luggage, transfer by bus to your reserved hotel in the city.

Transfer at the agreed time to the city airport to board a regular flight to Warsaw. Arrival and transfer by private bus to the reserved hotel. Tonight we will have a night visit to the Plaza Mayor and a welcome dinner in a restaurant in the Old Town.

During this day we will carry out a full-day visit to the Polish capital, former residence of the princes of Mazovia and considered a marvel of the art of restoration, since after its almost total destruction during the Second World War, it was masterfully rebuilt in its old and adapted harmoniously with the new one without sacrificing its identity thanks to the paintings by Bernardo Bellotto “El Canaleto”, thus recovering its original appearance. We will visit the historic part of the city, the Cathedral, the Royal Palace, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, etc…

After breakfast, departure by bus to Czestochowa, an important pilgrimage center for Polish Catholicism and the spiritual heart of the country. We will visit the Jasna Gora Monastery, founded in 1382 and which contains the venerated Black Virgin. After lunch, continue the journey to Cracow, known as “Slavic Rome” for its large number of churches, which have approximately a hundred.

During this day we will take a full day tour of the Tatra Mountains. We will visit Wadowice, birthplace of Pope Juan Pablo II, and Zakopane where we will visit the city and take a beautiful funicular ride through the mountains. Lunch will be in a typical private house. At the agreed time, we return on our bus to Krakow.

During the morning of this day we will visit the medieval city, interesting for its monuments full of history that survived the horrors of war unscathed and whose historic center was declared by UNESCO as a cultural heritage site of Humanity. We highlight its Plaza Mayor, which, shaped like a quadrangle measuring 200 x 200 meters, is considered one of the largest preserved medieval squares; its University, one of the oldest in Europe, its Cathedral and the Church of Our Lady. In the afternoon, departure towards Warsaw.

At the agreed time, transfer to Warsaw airport to catch the regular flight that will take us back to Lisbon. Arrival at Lisbon airport and transfer to the reserved hotel in the city.

Free time until transfer to the airport where we will catch the flight back to Brazil.
